BMX Experience Overview
This ultra cool 4 hour BMX coaching session is ideal for those who are looking to start their BMX journey or learn how to take their BMX tricks to the next level! The interactive BMX Experience is lead by a top professional coach who has years of experience within riding, competitions, pulling off the best of the best tricks.
During the sessions the bmx coach focuses on teaching participants how to ride and execute tricks safely, maintain and look after their bikes and skills to make them a better rider.
Our BMX coach is fully trained in teaching people from age eight up to adults and from a beginners level.
Availability
Runs at least once every 2 months, the next big BMX Course is going to be held on
23rd February 2013 and then another one 16th April 2013. Dates are going fast.
Participant Guidelines
Participants under 16 must arrive and register on the day with an adult (aged 18 or over) who after the second hour may spectate if not participating.
Duration
This experience lasts for 4 hours inclusive of a 30 minute lunch break.
Numbers On Day
Share the workshop with up to 30 other avid BMX fans. Levels of participants will vary between beginners and intermediate.
Food on the Day
Hot food can be provided at an extra charge of £5 per head. This can be purchased whilst making the booking or on the day.
Dress Code
As much of this experience involves movement and cycling, loose comfortable clothing is advised. Trainers are the advised footwear.
Health & Safety and Equipment
We provide helmets and do provide BMX bikes. However if you would prefer to bring your own that is ok. (Personal property is used at own risk).
Spectators
Suitable for spectators from the second hour of the BMX Experience.
Weather
Ideally the BMX Experience is best led outside however in severe weather conditions, it will take place inside.

All BMX coaches are CRB checked and adhere to our child protection policy.
